Organic is for us a choice of work but above all of life, like the family. This is why we have always practiced organic farming and we do it in a family business context.
We are aware of the grave situation our planet finds itself in and the disastrous consequences that climate change brings with it. Just as we know the non-marginal responsibility attributable to intensive agriculture.
We also know how the cultivation of the land is fundamental to feed its inhabitants and how the millenary peasant tradition is the cultural, gastronomic and therefore economic fulcrum of entire regions and civilizations.

We have chosen to cultivate in an ecological and sustainable way,
respecting the cycle of the seasons, we operate the most appropriate crop rotations and use non-invasive mechanical means to not tire the soil,
we use renewable energies as much as possible, we are attentive to the circular economy and we try to be conscious consumers ourselves.
Small pieces of evidence that are certainly imperfect but which distinguish our lifestyle, our way of being.
We would like it to be one with what we do, with the hope of passing it on to those who choose to consume our products or simply come and visit us.
