SAUERKRAUT

An organic product that embodies the tradition of Trentino, made through the artisanal processing of our cabbage. It is naturally fermented without the addition of lactic ferments, relying solely on the spontaneous action of native ferments and a pinch of salt. After a minimum of 40 days of maturation in stainless steel containers, it is carefully hand-packaged in glass jars, ready for sale.
