The tomato passata comes from the artisanal raw processing of tomatoes grown directly by our farm in hilly terrains that give the final product a sweet and harmonious taste. The soft passata obtained in this way, with the exclusive addition of salt, is ready to use as it is or constitutes an ideal base for all recipes.

They are based on our tomato sauce to which we add various ingredients from our recipe book, capable of effortlessly transforming the initial product into a ready-to-use sauce. These variations that we prepare are: "La Saporita" - ready-to-use tomato and chilli sauce, ready-to-use tomato and bell pepper sauce.
