EXTRA JAMS

They are produced by processing fruit without the use of gelling agents. This is possible thanks to a special process that concentrates the fruit pulp under vacuum at a very low boiling temperature (55-60°), preserving its colour and organoleptic characteristics.

At the same time, elements already naturally contained in the fruit, such as pectins and sugars, increase in the final product.

For this reason, the added cane sugar is less than in a classic jam and the percentage of fruit used far exceeds 100 grams per 100 grams of finished product.

This range includes the following fruit jams: apricot, strawberry, mixed berries, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry.

An important farming tradition of Trentino is enhanced in this line of jams that encapsulates the tastes, knowledge, experience, and care of an area where apple cultivation is a true devotion.

Taking our cue from traditional homemade recipes, we have created special and original jams, without the addition of thickeners and preservatives.

A range that is also exclusive because the different varieties evoke - in the choice of combination with apples - the flavours of the different seasons of the year.

These are the flavours we prepare: apple with cinnamon, apple with ginger, apple with elderflower, apple and pear, apple and raspberry with vanilla, apple with raisins and rum.
