Our Organic Extra Strawberry Jam is made by processing the fruit without the addition of gelling agents. This is possible thanks to a special process that concentrates it under vacuum at a very low boiling temperature (55-60°C), preserving its color and organoleptic characteristics. At the same time, elements such as sugars and pectins, naturally present in the fruit, increase in the final product.
It is an excellent product for breakfast, snacks, and the preparation of desserts.
